Child Safety Standards

TheVoice2U maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation. We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to, grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextorting a child, trafficking of a child for sex, or any other form of sexual exploitation. Any account found engaging in such activities will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is illegal and strictly prohibited on TheVoice2U. We employ comprehensive measures to detect, remove, and prevent the sharing of CSAM. Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, we take immediate action to remove the content and preserve evidence for law enforcement. We comply with all mandatory reporting requirements to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant global authorities.

We provide an easy-to-use in-app mechanism for users to report safety concerns, including CSAE and CSAM. Users can report any post, comment, or profile directly within the app by selecting the 'Report' option. Our dedicated moderation team reviews these reports with the highest priority to ensure a safe environment for all members of our community.

TheVoice2U is committed to complying with all applicable child safety laws and regulations globally. We work closely with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies to ensure our platform remains a safe space. Our policies are aligned with international standards and best practices for combating online child sexual exploitation.

We have designated a specific Child Safety Point of Contact to handle inquiries, reports, and compliance matters related to child safety and CSAM. Beyond automated tools, we employ human moderators trained to identify and handle sensitive issues related to child safety. We continuously update our safety protocols to address emerging threats and ensure that children are protected from harm while interacting with our services.
